Torque test temperature: RT, +80°C, -35°C, especially low temperature needs to be controlled.
For the inner ball joint (IBJ): the direction of rotation - the starting torque is generally below 13N*m, and the working torque is below 7N*m;
For the inner ball joint, the direction of rotation is not its main working direction, and the swing needs to be controlled emphatically.
Inner ball joint swing torque: working torque 1.5~5N*m.
For the outer ball joint (OBJ): swing direction and rotation direction - the starting torque is below 2N*m, and the working torque is 0.5-1.5N*m. Both directions require control.
